Fic frenzy day 9
Word count: 464. stopped a wee bit short of 500 b/c I know exactly what I want to happen next, and that will give me a good jumping off place for tomorrow.
Fic completed: we're still on the home stretch for "Prophet of Troy" Might be in extra innings at this point, but even those don't go on forever.
Watched two eps of Hex but read instead of typing during commercials. My Amazon order came today :)
Note to self: do not buy any books in November. Better make that mid-October.
After Ork cleaned entire apt, except was unable to dispose of waterbug I killed this am, b/c he went behind the stove to die. Floors are shiny tho, and we have scented candles in fruit flavors from Target.
Made a long post on my other blog about the books I bought and am reading now.
Someone needs to take BBC America away from me. And my tivo. How can I make my way through my huge pile of DVDs, when I keep finding and recording new shows?
Anyway, that's it for me tonite. Chuck is asleep, and it's back to my book!

Was the "do not buy books in November/mid October" due to plans for NaNoWriMo? Do you have any helpful hints about NaNo? I tried it last year, but I didn't get very far!

I got totally hooked on Waking the Dead (the cold case type show) in the last couple weeks, of *course* in the last eps BBCA showed, and now I find it has SIX seasons. *facepalm* I've already got 7 seasons of Davinci's Inquest to watch. I tivo'd "Gil Mayo Mysteries" this week, thankfully it's only thirteen eps so far per BBC website.
Hex (caught a few minutes of one epi months ago). Are you a huge fan?
Huge, no, I watched the whole marathon first season and got hooked tho. It's like a Buffy/Harry Potter type thing. There were only two seasons, and season 2 is showing now,so I will watch all of it.
