Yup :) Tho saltwater is a vast improvement over chlorine. We did two 1/2 mile swims at Brighton Beach yest, and both were parallel to the shore so that my right side was facing the waves. The sinuses they are CLEAN. I keep reminding myself people pay for treatments like that - lol.
