Have just successfully installed new DVD player and cracked the secrret to get it to play any region.

The only sucky bit is that I'm not home till late tonite, and my Amazon book order came, so I'm going to have to choose *either* one dvd or start a new book for an hour before bed.
Life is rough.

Right. Back to cleaning so mutant dust bunnies with big nasty teeth do not attack houseguest...

In addition to my Amazon book order, "North and South" just arrived via UPS!
Now I really don't want to go out tonite.

I don't quite get Amazon's logic is shipping me three boxes separately 'to get them to you faster' but they all arrive same day...
