Game 7!!

So since there *is* a game tonite, mom and I got out to shopping early, had dinner all together at 5:00 - lol and then all scattered to respective homes to watch the game.

*intends to hold her breath for the next three hours*

The damage from today: Eddie Bauer - sweaters, skirt, shirts; Clarks - two pairs of shoes; B&BW - pumpkin pie spice body wash and lotion as well as antibacterial crap for work; Famous Brand Footware - Ryka sneakers :) and assorted minor purchases including a deep dish pie plate... gift card was long gone at the first stop :))

And my latest Amazon purchase, the new Elizabeth George, was here waiting for me when I got back :D Must finish book club book during the game so can start it, never mind the close to 20 now on my too read pile.

Yes!!!!! A follow-up to With No One as Witness. It's about the kid that shot Helen, apparently. Released this week - I preordered as Amazon knows I like her...

Oops, sorry about the game. Really I am, but I have to admit to really pulling for the Redbirds to win. Not for me, but for my dad. He can sure use something like the World Series to look forward to after losing his sister last week--he's been taking that pretty hard. Not that it's any consolation for you, of course.
