First off:

Happy Birthday Dad!!!

I tried to call, but my rented cell must have the number blocked because it wanted *82, which I tried both before and after the country code, and both resulted in a string of German which definately had a 'nicht' involved. So - hope you read this today!

Today we explored the old city - cathedral, fortress, v. cool cemetary with ancient monks caves up in the rock of the mountain, walked up to the fortress, across the mountain and down, dodged rain and japanese tourists, and did some shopping (but not for the ubiquitous Mozart chocolates - too bad he didn't sell them, he'd have died rich)

Oh we found Fly The Horse in the gardens today too *humble bow*

Now taking a break before dinner.... I'm thinking I've walked enough to have burned off at least a pint)

and in geneva we found a statue of how NOT to fly teh horse. Youll see what I mean when you see the pic ;)
